  • Requests made within 90 days of the delivery date are subject to a deduction of 2% of the invoice value.

Yes. Variant changes may be requested according to the applicable policy timelines.

  • Changes requested 90 days prior to delivery are allowed without charges.
  • Requests made within 90 days of delivery are subject to a 2% deduction of the invoice value.

Yes. Variant upgrades may be requested in accordance with the applicable Model / Variant Change policy and timelines.

Yes. Variant downgrades may be requested in accordance with the applicable Model / Variant Change policy and timelines.

Yes. You may request a vehicle color change within the permitted timeframe.

  • Color changes can be requested 30 days prior to the delivery date stated on the PBO Form.
  • Requests made within 30 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.

Yes, booking cancellation is permitted according to the applicable booking policy.

In case of cancellation, a deduction of 2% of the invoice value will be applied.
